2. Account Registration

To participate in contests, you must create an account and provide accurate information:

• You must be at least 18 years of age

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• One account per person is permitted

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with these rules:

• Do not attempt to manipulate or exploit the contest system
• Do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Do not engage in collusion or coordination with other users
• Do not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Do not use offensive or inappropriate usernames
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to access source code

4. Contest Rules

Lineup Building:

• Lineups must comply with position and player requirements
• Lineups are locked at the contest start time and cannot be edited after
• You must select players before the lock time to participate

Scoring:

• Points are calculated based on actual player performance in real matches
• Our scoring system is detailed on the Point System page
• Scoring decisions are based on official league statistics
• We reserve the right to correct scoring errors or discrepancies

Contest Results:

• Results are determined by total lineup points at the conclusion of all matches
• Tie-breaking procedures are applied when multiple users have identical scores
• Contest results are typically finalized within 24 hours of the last match

5. Fair Play Policy

Grand Fantasy Sport is committed to fair competition. We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect and prevent unfair practices including:

• Multi-accounting and identity fraud
• Use of insider information or advance knowledge
• Collusion between users
• Exploitation of platform bugs or vulnerabilities

Violations of fair play policies may result in account suspension, contest disqualification, and permanent ban from the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design elements, is the property of Grand Fantasy Sport or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on Platform content

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Platform Availability: We strive to maintain continuous Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.

Accuracy of Information: While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of player statistics, contest information, or other Platform data.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services accessed through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Fantasy Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Contest Cancellations and Modifications

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify contests in the following circumstances:

• Match postponements or cancellations by official leagues
• Technical issues or platform malfunctions
• Detection of fraudulent activity or rule violations
• Force majeure events beyond our control

In case of contest cancellations, participants will be notified and appropriate resolutions will be implemented.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity or cheating
• Providing false information during registration
• Violation of fair play policies
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern, please contact our support team at support@grandfantasysport.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support may be subject to binding arbitration.

12. Geographic Restrictions

Grand Fantasy Sport may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain locations.

13. Modifications to Terms
